TaKo Studio subscriptions are a one-time purchase for a fixed period (shown at checkout), not an auto-recurring charge. We will never charge your card again automatically — when a paid period ends, your account simply moves to a grace period and then read-only access, until you choose to renew or switch plans from your dashboard. There's nothing you need to "cancel" to avoid being charged again.
Because a subscription grants immediate, full access to the Service for the period purchased, we generally don't offer refunds once a payment has been processed. That said, we'll review refund requests made within 7 days of payment on a case-by-case basis — for example, if you were accidentally charged twice, charged after already cancelling, or haven't meaningfully used the plan you paid for. To request one, email hello@takostudio.in with your account email and the reason for the request.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay, and typically appear within 5–7 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
If a payment fails but an amount was deducted from your account, or you were charged more than once for the same period due to a technical error, contact us and we'll investigate and refund the incorrect charge in full.
Switching to a different plan starts a fresh billing period at that plan's price from the day you switch; it does not prorate or carry over time remaining on your previous plan. If you'd rather not pay online for a plan change, you can also submit a request from your dashboard for our team to arrange it manually.
