These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of TaKo Studio (the "Service"), operated by [Your Company Legal Name], having its registered office at [Registered Business Address] ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the studio you represent ("you", "your studio").
You must provide accurate information when registering, and you're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract to use the Service.
Studio name: the studio name you enter at signup is locked once your account is created. Changing it later requires submitting a change request with a reason, which our team reviews and approves or rejects. Please enter it carefully.
New accounts start with a free trial (its length is shown at signup) with no payment details required. Continued use of the Service after the trial requires an active paid subscription on one of our published plans. Subscriptions are billed for a fixed period (shown on the pricing page) at the time of purchase or renewal — they do not auto-renew or auto-charge; access simply lapses at the end of the paid period unless you manually renew or switch plans from your dashboard. Prices, plans, and included modules may change; changes won't affect a period you've already paid for.
All payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. We never see or store your full card, UPI, or bank details — Razorpay handles that in accordance with applicable payment security standards. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how refunds are handled.
You retain ownership of everything you upload or create using the Service — logos, photos, proposal content, client details, and pricing. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service to you (e.g. rendering it into a proposal PDF). We do not use your content for any other purpose, and we do not claim ownership of it.
You're responsible for having the rights to any photos, logos, or client information you upload, and for complying with applicable law (including privacy law) when handling your own clients' data through the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, is used fraudulently, or where required by law, with notice where reasonably possible. On termination, your right to access the Service ends; see our Privacy Policy for how your data is handled afterward.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep it reliable and secure, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service; our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you (e.g. by email or an in-app notice) before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [City], India.
